Her level of professionalism is exceptional, and she creates such a calm, welcoming environment that makes every visit a positive experience. What truly sets her apart is the quality of her treatment. I’ve seen other practitioners before, but I have never experienced results or attention to detail like this. “This location has one of the best Physiotherapists in Calgary. We worked with Megha Goel and she is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. My Mom had TKR (Total knee replacement) surgery and has a long recovery period. Megha was very patient and taught my Mom many exercises and used specialized machines for recovery. Extremely happy with the care and compassion shown by everyone in their team. We even got a doctor’s note from her for my Mom’s continued recovery in Dallas. “I cannot recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy and Kaahir Keshavji enough. I had been struggling with chronic back pain on and off for years, but incredibly, my pain was significantly reduced after just my very first visit. After a total of 4 visits, my confidence in exercising and living an active life has dramatically changed for the better. “I can’t recommend my massage therapist Charlie, highly enough. His skill, professionalism, and genuine care make every session exceptional. What truly sets him apart is his incredible awareness of all the little challenges happening in my body — the subtle tightness, small imbalances, and problem areas that I might not even notice myself. He always seems to find exactly what needs attention. As a Grade 1 teacher, my days are busy, active, and often physically demanding. Between sitting on tiny chairs, leaning over desks, and being constantly on the move, my body definitely feels it.
