“I had sheri as a therapist. I cant rave her enough. She was very kind and thoughtful and uplifting in my healing process. She was also very Informative and supporting in ways I could advance at home. Hands down I would go back to her again for any Injury. I would also like to shout out Lizz who went above and beyond in making sure to work with my schedule to get me booked in. It was always nice to walk in, to her at the counter, with her friendly demeanor.”

“The physio Sheri Funk spent less than half an hr with me for a 1hr scheduled consult. She was seeing 3 patients at a time and I don't see any other reason except greed to overlap appointments. Didn't feel like i got the care and time i had booked for and paid for. Would not recommend.”

“I went to this location for a massage because my sciatic nerve has been bothering me. The massage therapist (John) told me after the massage he didn't know alot about sciatic nerve issues and based on the massage itself I could tell. He focused on my calves and paid very little attention to the actual inflamed area. The worst part was at the end of the massage he moved to my head where gripped my biceps above me elbow and pull really hard. Causing insane bruising to the area. I've never had a massage where this kind of technique was done. Especially when it was my lower back that was bothering me. I won't be back for any future services.”

“I have been coming here for years now. For Physio and massage. Olga was my Physio Therapist. Really badass human being. She gave me a straight talk I’ll never forget about how to manage my back issues properly. One of those conversations that change pre conceived perceptions for the better. Just had a massage today from Precious. She did wonders for my stiff neck. Really easy to book online from my smartphone. Always a bonus.”

“My daughter has been seeing the vestibular physiotherapist at this location for concussion treatments. They are super easy to schedule with. There's plenty of parking in the evenings. And the staff are super friendly. This one is a little out of my way but I would not hesitate to go back.”

Just finished physio for a broken elbow post surgery and had a good experience and received lots of information to get things working again. I have almost all of my range of motion back after 5 visits. Now I just need to stop falling and breaking myself.”

“I have been going to Lifemark Quarry Park for over 6 years for massage for my chronic lower back pain and sciatica, and most recently for physiotherapy for an injury to my back. My massage therapist Precious is friendly, professional, and respectful, and goes above and beyond by utilizing multiple massage and stretching techniques to assist in helping to relieve my sciatica pain. Along with her massage treatment, and cortisone injections, my sciatica pain has been almost completely gone for the last 7-8 months, and I finally have my mobility and life back again! Thank you Precious for treating me with such care and skill, you have been an important part of my healing journey! Blake has recently been providing physiotherapy for acute pain to my upper and lower back from an injury I sustained at work. He is super friendly, very respectful, and very knowkedgable and intentional with every exercise and treatment he provides to increase mobility and decrease my pain. He delves deep into his physiotherapy knowledge and skills to find numerous different techniques to improve the symptoms I'm experiencing, and although he does have other patients to attend to during the appointments, he's very efficient, and makes you feel like you have his undivided attention. Blake very much makes you feel cared for during each and every appointment with him, and is always checking in to ensure I'm comfortable, and tolerating the intensity level of the treatment he's providing, and makes adjustments when needed. He's also provided me with exercise equipment, a stabilization/support belt, and online exercise instructions that we worked on together at the clinic, for me to continue my exercises at home in between appointments. These have been very helpful tools in my journey to recovery! I look forward to my appointments with Blake, and am so thankful for the care he has provided me thus far. Thank you Blake, I appreciate you!”
