“I’ve been dealing with back pain for 2 years and have seen multiple therapists at different places but the pain has never subsided. I saw Dan at max bell physiotherapy and what really blew me away was his compassion and knowledge. He put together an exercise program which made sense to me AND put aside extra time to make sure I understood all of them. The treatments he did subsided all the nerve pain I was having which I have never found total relief for since my initial injury. For the first time, I feel like I am in good hands. I look forward to further working with him!”Read moreShow less

“I just completed my physio with Barb Morrison for two shoulder replacement surgeries and found her to be smart, kind and a good communicator. She knows her stuff really well and on top of that made me laugh several times through two shoulder replacements. I highly recommend her.”Read moreShow less

“I am extremely frustrated with how this physiotherapy clinic handled my case. I got my second injury while performing an exercise during a session and told my physiotherapist Danielle immediately at that time that I am having groin pain, which later worsened. They knew very well what had happened, but they still did not report it accurately. Instead, they changed the wording in their reports and failed to clearly mention the injury. Because of this, WCB denied the second injury. Just due to the negligence of the physiotherapist and their inaccurate reporting to WCB, I am now facing many challenges, severe mental stress, and depression. I had never experienced any physical or mental health problems before in my life, but now I’m left with no option. Rather than supporting the injured patient, it’s clear they are more focused on protecting themselves. There is no honesty and no professionalism at all. A deeply disappointing and painful experience.”Read moreShow less

“Had a great experience at Lifemark Max Bell after surgery for a distal bicep tear. John Wagner was excellent—knowledgeable, supportive, and really helped me through my recovery. The clinic is clean, organized, and professional. Highly recommend!”

“I was referred to this clinic after breaking multiple bones in my foot. The clinic staff were very friendly & helpful and my physiotherapist Daniel was exceptional. I was given very clear instructions on how to do my home exercises and their online portal to access my exercise was easy to navigate. I truly feel my recovery was quicker than anticipated due to the exceptional care provided.”Read moreShow less
