“When I came into the clinic the day of my appointment, I had difficulty in walking due to the pain in my back and hip. Tim, the physiotherapist, was able to help me. After the first session, I did feel some relief. I have seen Tim 3 times, and I am much better. I would highly recommend Tim and the clinic. “Since March of 2026, I have been receiving Physio treatment from a Therapist whom obviously has been well trained in his craft of Physio, due to a motor vehicle accident. My therapist [Mr. R, and not identifying him so he can still take care of me, lol] starts with a warming up, then works on various areas to restore my ability to turn my head right and left, to stand longer periods, to be able to bend. My Children, Grand Children and Great Grandchildren will be very impressed with my partial recovery. I am still receiving more treatments to get back to where I was. The parking is okay and there are usually parking spots when I arrive and leave. The warm welcome I receive from the receptionist is awesome. I feel like I know them after a few visits. Q&A, do I sometimes feel pain during and after, A. Yes but its part of healing, ie from stretching or working the muscles. So what an accident has taken away, Lifemark is giving me back in stages. I still need more work. Q. Does Lifemark ever make me feel unsafe or not well? A. No, I am always asked is it okay or tell me when it gets uncomfortable. ie. the heat treatment is it right, or too hot? Q. Are the staff friendly, even if they had a bad day or morning? A. No , you would think they are living 100% happy lives, not caring about anything outside. In fact I a guy whom is now learning more about cooking, has exchanged cooking ideas recipes with my Therapist. Should you use this Lifemark Branch, I say 300% YES. “I have been coming to this location for 5 months and have had a really good experience throughout. All staff members are friendly and helpful from reception to Jinal as physiotherapist and Tamara as chiropractor. I have been greatly helped with proper treatment and exercises so that I am reaching a level of much improved mobility with greatly reduced discomfort.
