“I had two sessions of physio at the clinic. While the physiotherapist Mr Kumar was good at solving the issue and seems very experienced, I am still waiting on any emails containing exercises instructions. The clinic has old full of holes towels that have seen better days. I would expect their equipment to be maintained better. Edit: all my issues got addressed an hour after the review. Thank you!”

“Dr Presley and his team including Angelina at the front desk are amazing! I know I can count on them and their expertise regarding the most current studies, other experts in the industry, medications, referrals etc. I trust Dr Presley to thoroughly review my reports (checked my records from 15 years back and caught things other doctors didn’t). He knows his medications and continues to search out specialists and treatments that will work for me regarding diagnosis, pain management and surgery. He also knows his u sport athlete info and was able to make helpful recommendations for my u sport athletes. I can’t say enough about how much I respect and appreciate this team.”

“Jennifer Nodwell has been my massage therapist for about 5 years. She’s exceptional, accommodating, takes feedback and redirection well, will respect where you’re at: sometimes I’m bubbly and chatty, sometimes there’s silence. She honours how you’re showing up that day and cares deeply about your comfort. She always waits to see you off and check in with you before leaving. HIGHLY recommend!”

“Not only was I missed diagnosed by my physiotherapist and also buy a knee specialist there for a doctor giving me a Cortizone shot that I didn’t need to have but requested it and then never saw me after my injection and put me back to work right away. After this, I got a second opinion somewhere else And was too much to their surprise that I should not be returning to work, but there are problematic with my knee and They had an oversight here and could’ve cost me more injuries. Sending me back to my job early all because I became out of protocol and had no more coverage yet my insurance was willing to work with them to extend my coverage. Move forward with my Physio this place has been nothing but a problem between booking my physiotherapist and time management. I never got a full half an hour on most of my sessions. Frankly, I am over exhausted and feel that billing what they have billed to my insurance is not accurate for the time I was actually there. I would be very careful using this place. They don’t seem to truly care about recovery time or helping you. Try anywhere else, but Lifemark Genesis! Beware and make sure to always get a second Opinion!”

“I had called in for an appointment and was able to be assessed the same day. I came in and the check-in staff were very helpful, friendly, and I was taken into the treatment area. I there met Ryan Keeping. He listened to my description of how I injured myself and the issues I was still having. He is a very good listener, considerate, kind and patient. After his assessment , he helped me with the course of treatment. Ryan is very knowledgeable and is by far excellent with dry needling and physio treatments. I am so thankful for his professionalism, he is compassionate, his friendliness, he is a credit to his profession in physiotherapy. I would highly recommend Ryan Keeping for any of your physiotherapy needs”
