When you miss your appointment, your therapist is not being paid for the slot that was assigned to you. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations, and full payment will be charged for late cancellations or "no-shows" unless the appointment can be filled. Please note that unforeseen last-minute cancellation fees are determined at your therapist and/or clinic management's discretion. Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

“I had a massage yesterday at approximately 1:45 p.m. While the therapist provided an excellent massage, I was disappointed by how I was addressed regarding my phone. Unfortunately, I forgot to put my phone on silent, and it rang three times within about a minute. Debbie asked me to silence it. I immediately apologized to her and put my phone on silent. What I found particularly upsetting was that after my massage, while I was at the reception desk, Debbie came out again and reminded me—in front of others—to put my phone on silent. Considering that I had already apologized and addressed the issue before my session, I found this second public reminder unnecessary and quite embarrassing. I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally and discreetly. While I fully acknowledge my mistake, clients should not be publicly embarrassed after they have already apologized and corrected the issue. I would appreciate it if Debbie could be coached on maintaining professionalism and addressing sensitive matters privately rather than publicly, regardless of the circumstances.”Read moreShow less

“I have now had two sessions with Niko to address muscle strain from a job involving repetitive movement, specifically focusing on my upper back, arms, and a recent knee issue. Niko is highly professional and tailored both sessions perfectly to target these areas of concern. He uses good, consistent pressure throughout and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, my experience with the front desk staff has been amazing. They are always attentive and courteous, especially Xavier. The entire centre has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. “I can’t recommend Debbie enough! She has been incredibly helpful in managing my scoliosis and ongoing back pain. She knows exactly where I’m tight just by touch, which really shows how experienced and knowledgeable she is in her practice. Every session feels intentional and tailored to what my body needs.
