“Sam is well experienced massage therapist, addressing all the pain that I’ve been through, especially my shoulder pain after 2 sessions I felt big difference. Highly recommending him for his outstanding service. Kanika & Anagha is also well trained and experienced physiotherapist, both are working with my ankle sprain (tear ligaments)and I feel big difference after couple of seasons.. “All good feedback for Lifecare Rehab! I have my FD at Prime Medical Centre so location wise it was very convenient, had my sessions with Ana and she really helped me with my issue and I was all better after 6 sessions, the therapy and the exercises really improved my condition, Afiya was also quite accommodating with my appointments I was offered time slots according to my schedule. “Kanika has been a game changer. I did not even know TMJ could be treated via physiotherapy and Kanika surely knows the pressure points and the right exercises to relieve my pain. “I visited Lifecare Rehab for my neck and shoulder pain, and I’m very grateful for the care I received from Anagha Padwal. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients’ recovery. She took the time to properly assess my condition and used a combination of hands-on manual therapy, targeted stretches, and strengthening exercises to treat the pain. She also clearly explained the root cause and showed me the right exercises to continue at home. What I appreciated most is that she follows up during the next visit to make sure I’m doing the stretches and exercises correctly and staying consistent with the recovery plan. “Had a really good experience at Lifecare Rehab. This was my first time seeing a physiotherapist for shoulder inflammation, and everyone at the clinic was super helpful and friendly. “I recently visited Life Care Rehab after suffering a fracture to the 5th metacarpal of my left hand while playing cricket. After being in a cast for nearly 8 weeks, my hand had completely lost its strength, grip, and mobility. It was stiff, sore, and honestly a bit discouraging. From my very first session at Life Care Rehab, Kanika made all the difference. She took the time to understand exactly what I was struggling with and explained what the recovery process would look like. What impressed me the most was that by the end of that very first session, I was able to perform movements I hadn’t been able to do since the injury. It immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right hands. Kanika is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and patient. She knows exactly how far to push without causing discomfort, and her technique is spot on. Her team is just as professional everyone works together seamlessly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ progress. The clinic itself is clean, centrally located, and has plenty of parking, which is a big plus. Appointments always run on time, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming.
