“Joan and her team at Life Force Physio deserve absolutely best possible ratings. I’ve been using their help and services for more than 15 years now. During that time, I had several major incidents involving herniated discs, extreme back pain and lack of mobility. One of them was especially dramatic with MRI results close to catastrophic. My every move was extremely difficult and painful. However, Joan’s was diligently seeing me twice a day at my home for several weeks and managed to bring my condition to acceptable level and continued in her office thereafter until I fully recovered. Recently I experienced yet another episode with my mobility limited again. With Joan’s help I managed to recover and getting better by the day. With her knowledge, experience and encouragement Joan builds special trust and confidence with client to work towards positive outcome. “I want to acknowledge and express my appreciation for the excellent care and service provided by the team at Life Force Physio. From the intake examination to my "graduation", the Life Force team were thorough, professional, understanding and truly focused on getting to the root cause of my shoulder issue. The therapy was effective, the service hours were flexible. The exercises and home therapy they suggested were very effective. “I’m very happy with all aspects of my experience at Life Force. The space itself is spotless and welcoming. There is free parking and a good ramp if you need one. Every single staff member I come in contact with is highly skilled and friendly. They know what they are doing and develop a plan of action for your treatment. They listen to your concerns and help you achieve goals. They have helped me immensely while recovering from my accident and are cheerleading me to a full recovery. A special shout out goes to Joan who has such a beautiful way with people and has gone above and beyond to help me achieve many milestones already. “Joan and her team have been my ‘go to’ for physiotherapy treatments for 20+ years and I would never consider going anywhere else! The clinic is clean, well equipped, has free parking and appointments are always on time! I feel welcome the moment I walk in. Everyone is professional, courteous, caring and you are always greeted with a smile. I joined the on site gym 9 years ago and it has been life changing. “Me and my family have been patients of Joan for more than 10 years . We followed her as she moved locations . I tried other clinics close to my home but just went back to life force even though its more than 30 min away from where I live . Joan and the whole team at Life Force are very friendly, very accommodating and most important Joan is very skilled and knowledgeable. The rooms are always clean and peaceful. “My family and I have received superb care over the last decade and a half. After treatment for both extreme sciatica and two hip replacements, I attribute my ability to walk to Joan's masterful skills. Following the personally-designed exercise programme with which she provided me, I have found the onsite gym a blessing - it is a non-intimidating, fully supervised, supportive, and encouraging environment. “Joan and her team are wonderful. I've been going to her for over a year and both my children (15 and 12) are seeing her as well. My son plays baseball (pitcher) and is seeing her for treatment for tendinitis in his elbow. He has improved so much and her ongoing treatments and prescribed exercises are helping to ensure he doesn't get injured again. My daughter has scoliosis and Joan has been treating her for nearly a year. Her mobility and flexibility continue to improve.
