“We’ve had a great experience with our chiropractor! She takes before-and-after videos of movement and posture, which makes it easy to actually see the progress. Her care is thorough, professional, and personalized. “Dr. Shelley is incredible. She takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. She is extremely professional and very knowledgable in what she does. On a side note, she is very compassionate and somewhat like a friend; she remembers details about your personal life and shows interest in you as a person... and not just as a patient! This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and after a few weeks of treatment, I do see an improvement. Her staff are extremely friendly and kind, and always greet you with a warm smile. “I want to share my experience with Life Chiropractic & Wellness Centre because I genuinely recommend it. From the moment I walk in, the whole team makes me feel right at home with their warm greetings and friendly smiles. Dr. Shelley is fantastic! She is so knowledgeable and gentle. She really takes the time to care for her patients and offers helpful tips to continue care at home. You can tell she’s genuinely invested in my overall health and well-being. I’ve also had a few sessions with Dr. Cass, who is equally caring and attentive. Anna at the front desk also demonstrates genuine care, responsiveness, and a high level of professionalism. One of the things I appreciate the most is how the team takes the time to get to know me. They recognize me by name, ask how i'm doing or how my day is going which gives it that personal touch you usually only find with a family doctor that have cared for you for years, even though I’ve only been receiving treatment since January of this year. “Life Chiropractic and Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing! I have been having lower back pain for quite some time and being recently postpartum, I decided it was time to get some help. I have been a patient here since November 2025 and I am already feeling much better! This is all thanks to the treatment I have received thus far from Dr. Shelley Bhullar. Dr. Bhullar is a highly skilled chiropractor who uses many different techniques to help her patients with spine related problems. She first conducts an assessment, which may involve x-rays, to determine the cause of pain. She explains it in a way that is easy to understand. Then she creates a specialized treatment plan for you. Dr. Bhullar determines what type of adjustments and the schedule of adjustments that will help you recover optimally. Right from the first meeting to every single treatment session, she is attentive, helpful and determined to help you improve your condition. Dr. Bhullar is an excellent chiropractor who is dedicated to help you to help yourself through your healing journey with her years of expertise, holistic approach and positive attitude! :) Her staff are wonderful to work with! Cassandra helps patients with everything right from orientation, insurance inquiries to teaching stretches and exercises. She also recently officially became a doctor of chiropractic, which is fantastic! Cassandra is always patient, optimistic and helpful! Anna just joined the team but already fits perfectly into the clinic! She is very kind and encouraging! She is doing a great job supporting patients in her new role!
