“After my car accident, my body became extremely stiff and the pain gradually intensified. This was my first time using an ICBC claim for treatment, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Since starting here, I’ve been consistently receiving physiotherapy, massage therapy, and kinesiology treatments. Thanks to the dedication and professionalism of the entire team, I can genuinely feel my body improving week by week. Physiotherapist Chris Wang is truly the best physiotherapist I have ever met. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. He takes the time to assess the root cause of the pain and explains everything clearly, which gives me a lot of confidence in the treatment process. Massage therapist Leon Chung — there’s a reason why it’s not easy to book an appointment with him. Once you experience his treatment, you’ll understand. His technique is precise, effective, and makes a noticeable difference in reducing stiffness and pain. Kinesiologist John Park is very kind, patient, and professional. He carefully explains each exercise and ensures I’m doing everything correctly. He genuinely cares about helping patients recover properly and safely. “A few days ago, my child injured her ankle while playing sports at school. We visited this clinic and they were so kind, detailed, and professional. “I had a really good experience getting help for my ankle. The physiotherapist, acupuncturist, and RMT were all so kind and clear with the treatment , and they were all very nice and helpful. “**Life Balance Wellness Massage Clinic** I have visited Life Balance Wellness Massage Clinic for 4 times now. I have an upcoming appointment for my fifth visit. They do acupuncture, Swedish massage, and with MRT. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated, exuding a sense of calm and serenity. Very clean and lively ambiance. My therapist was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the massage accordingly. The pressure was just right, and I felt my muscles relax with each skilled stroke. Camille Llanes is one of the best although she is not MRT yet. The clinic also uses high-quality oils and linens, adding to the overall luxurious experience. The soothing background music and gentle lighting further enhanced the ambiance, making it easy to let go of stress and tension. I left the clinic feeling rejuvenated and utterly relaxed.
