“Level Up Wellness Group blew my expectations out of the water, and they were not exactly low to begin with. This is an organization that has very obviously put significant thought and effort into providing a neurodivergent friendly diagnostic and treatment plan service and environment. I think every choice that has been made has been made so for and on behalf of neurodivergent clients. I work in health care with the neurodivergent population, myself, so as both a therapist and a client, I have never seen or been able to work in an environment that gets it so right. My psychometrist, Micah, was delightful to work with; extremely thoughtful, considerate, patient, and kind. You will not get cookie-cutter treatment here. I received care and was myself recieved in a way that was carefully fitted TO ME, and FOR me. I have never experienced this level of understanding, dignity, and respect in a health care environment. As neurodivergent people we are never free of the burden of having to haul ourselves across the painfully long distance of a perpetual and crushing communication gap. We drag along our whole selves to the door of the neurotypical mind, just to begin to be understood. So much of ourselves gets lost on that rough journey, and we are never ever really seen or heard in full. Every single person I interacted with at Level Up met me at MY doorstep, offered their hand, and walked with me through the entire process. There should be hundreds more Level Up Wellness clinic locations across all of Canada. If only our private health care system could get it this right. Until they do, you have Dr. Mel, Micah, Amber, Ava, and the others there I didn't meet. Exceptional value for the money you may unfortunately need to pay for out of pocket. I flew from Vancouver for my assessment, and including flights and hotel, it was still competitive with similar services within my province. I know I made the absolute best choice for my assessment and mental health advocacy.”Read moreShow less

“Allie was so thorough in going through all my test results and explaining everything. She showed up prepared having already reviewed my medications and history. She sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and sent me a full personalized follow up. I'm disappointed that our Healthcare system cant make service like this the norm, but if I have to pay out of pocket- wow, this is the red carpet service I'm talking about.”Read moreShow less

“Allie was so very thorough in her testing and in the appointment we went over the results. She walked through everything so that I would understand and the plan that she created was explained and I am excited to finally have someone truly listen”

EMDR therapy has been especially helpful, and has given me meaningful self-awareness. I appreciate the thoughtful, professional care throughout the process that has helped me develop practical and effective tools as I continue my journey. I would highly recommend Mitchell to anyone looking for impactful therapy.”Read moreShow less

“I had my first session with my counselor. He is fantastic, and I look forward to more sessions. I also like that things are handled from the front desk. They send out receipts and contact your counselor if ive sent relevant papers.”

“The front staff are amazing, the clinic is clean and the space is very welcoming. I chose them because I love the layout of their website and all of their information that they have provided while looking for the help I needed. Janelle has been wonderful to work with so far. I feel heard and I love how she explains things to me, in a way that I understand. I feel validated.”Read moreShow less

“My children see Janelle and Terry for therapy and have established good relationships with them. They enjoy coming for their sessions and often ask to book in on their own accord , which is nice as we have seen therapists before at other places and it was like pulling teeth to have them attend lol glad we have these services here in Beaumont !”Read moreShow less
