Thank you for your interest in Lesley Hartman & Associates Inc. Intake phone call lengths can vary, so we ask that you’re available to receive a telephone call 5-minutes BEFORE and AFTER your scheduled call time. Our intake worker will make several attempts to contact you before moving to another booking. If your intake interview is missed you may schedule another booking through our online booking system. Please note: This intake appointment is by telephone and you are NOT required to come to our office.
