“I went to this clinic at the end of January for a general check-up. I had no pain at that time. After my treatments (fillings), I started experiencing significant pain in my upper teeth, on both sides, even when eating or drinking. I returned to the clinic multiple times (around 4 visits) because of the pain. Each time, only bite adjustments were done, without further investigation into the cause. The pain continued and worsened to the point where I had difficulty eating and sleeping. I also had to take pain medication regularly. Eventually, I was told that a root canal is needed, which had not been identified earlier. Overall, I feel my concerns were not fully taken seriously, and the issue was not properly addressed despite several visits. This clinic doesn’t even get 1 star”

“Monday, December 29, 2025, 5 pm I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review after approximately 10 years of loyalty to this clinic, both for myself and my entire family. I would first like to point out that the owner dentist is excellent, as is the hygienist, Sylvia, who has provided outstanding care for years. This is precisely why the current situation is so unfortunate. For several consecutive years now, we have been experiencing recurring billing issues related to the secretary, Rhona. Unfortunately, she has become increasingly difficult to reach, as she works very part-time, which makes resolving any file excessively complicated. Today, we went in person to the clinic in order to calmly resolve an account issue. We were already speaking with a front-desk employee (blonde with bangs and glasses) when another employee with long brown hair intervened, despite not being involved in the initial discussion. We politely explained that we were not handling this situation with her. She then stated, “I am the manager.” However, rather than managing the situation, she simply interrupted the conversation, without making any effort to understand or resolve the issue. Being a manager normally means taking responsibility for complex situations, not merely announcing a title without taking action. Instead of offering a solution or directing us to someone who could actually resolve the matter, she repeatedly told us to leave, refusing any discussion. We attempted to explain that we simply wanted to know who we could deal with on site, especially since we were told that neither the secretary involved nor the clinic owner was available. No constructive response was provided. The situation became even more shocking and escalated when this same person said, in front of us, to the other front-desk employee: “Don’t answer them anymore. Stop talking to them. Don’t respond when they speak to you.” Such behavior, openly displayed in front of patients, is disrespectful and deeply unprofessional. She then threatened to call security, even though we were calm, respectful, and only present to resolve an administrative issue. At no point were we aggressive, insulting, or threatening. Security did in fact intervene and confirmed that we posed no danger. They even suggested that we change dental clinics and file a complaint against the front-desk staff, which we chose not to do out of respect for the dentist and the quality of the clinical care. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, tact, and respect from the front-desk staff, particularly from the individual presenting herself as a manager without assuming the responsibilities that come with that role, is now leading us to seriously consider changing clinics, despite the excellence of the dental care itself. It is extremely unfortunate that such poor administrative management tarnishes an otherwise very competent clinic.”

When interactions become disruptive or unproductive, it is sometimes necessary for management to step in and set clear boundaries. We take professionalism and patient care very seriously, both clinically and administratively. While we always aim to resolve concerns collaboratively, this must be done in a respectful and appropriate manner. Additionally, we are extremely concerned about the inclusion of a staff member’s photo in your review without consent. This raises serious privacy and legal concerns. A police report has been filed regarding this matter, and we are currently seeking legal counsel to address this situation appropriately. We genuinely regret that you feel dissatisfied, especially given your long history with the clinic. That said, it is important that public reviews remain fair, accurate, and respectful to all parties involved.”

“Dr. Haimovici is an excellent dentist. I had a filling replaced and a cavity filled, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He was gentle, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He truly put me at ease. A big thank you as well to his dental assistant, Veronica, who was kind, attentive, and reassuring. Together they made the visit a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Haimovici and his team. Sylvia is an exceptional dental hygienist whom I trust completely. She is extremely thorough, professional, and very gentle. She always does an excellent cleaning and truly cares about my teeth and overall dental health. Her calm and caring approach makes every visit comfortable. I highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a hygienist who is both skilled and compassionate.”

“I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how thankful I am for Dr Haimovici. He’s not just incredibly professional — he truly cares. From the very first visit, I could tell it wasn’t about money for him, it was about making sure my mouth was healthy and I could actually live without pain. Before I found him, I spent four or five months in absolute torture I couldn’t eat properly, I couldn’t drink without pain, He changed all of that. He walked me through every step, fixed my cavities, did my root canal, and made something I was terrified of feel so much easier. He’s patient, gentle, and makes sure the job is done right. I feel like he gave me my life back. Honestly, he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I’ll always be grateful I found him.”

“Dr.Joshua Haimovici Is the BEST dentist I have seen in years. He is so gentle and makes you feel so comfortable. I went in today for a root canal and both Dr.Joshua Haimovici and his staff was so amazing. I felt no pain. First time in life I could say my experience at a dentist office was absolutely fantastic. “The best of the best , let me explain. Before I met Dr Haimovici I was traumatized by past dentist experiences. After the first visit I felt so good already but the work had not started there , visit number two is where all changed for me it was Nearly pain free and so gentle. It is such a wonderful place everyone there makes you feel so good I know I am talking dentist and how can it be well u should try it out to understand . Because they made me feel this way I had then decided to go for the next step of doing my invisiline there I met Akanksha omg wow she made everything so much fun pain free and the result is amazing. She is one of a kind for sure . I also don’t want to forget Sylvie each cleaning is a pleasure with her . The front desk is always so nice and welcoming. I truly with all my heart recommend.
