“Incredibly supportive and professional staff! From start to finish Mayuri was very helpful, I had an issue with the optical centre placement and she understood and suggested to redo the lens with a lower optical centre (free of charge under the 30 day guarantee🙏🙏) The manager Romel is such a nice guy, make sure that everyone is attended to and taken care off at all times even in super busy times! “Great experience! Bought my son's glasses a few weeks ago, had a great experience with the gentleman who helped us. He unfortunately broke them tonight, we went in and Mayuri was able to help us. I came into the store with my three teenagers—so you can imagine how chaotic that could get—but she handled everything with such patience, professionalism, and a warm attitude. She really took the time to understand our family’s needs and worked within our budget without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.
