“I was visiting Montreal from Toronto, and the lens popped out of my prescription sunglasses. I visited the store, and the staff were amazing. Took my glasses immediately, found the loose screw in my glasses case, fixed the glasses and cleaned them for me, free of charge. Even though I didn’t buy the glasses there. Exceptional experience. “I had an eye exam and purchased contact lenses at this store. It was a fantastic experience! First, the doctor did an outstanding job, explaining and answering questions and doing the best eye exam I've ever had with an optometrist! Then, I received the contacts and discovered I didn't have the vision correction I needed so I went back to the store to obtain assistance to resolve it. The help I received was quick, knowledgeable and friendly! The technician identified the problem and and the solution. He then made the change needed and gave me a trial package to try out while waiting for the new order to arrive. The lenses are perfect! I'm so pleased about the entire process. You really learn alot about a company when you need help to resolve an issue with a purchase--and this store is absolutely outstanding because the staff are the best!
