“We went to LensCrafters Kingsway to purchase glasses for both myself and my toddler. We each bought two pairs. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout our visit. My toddler is larger than life (haha!), and they kept her entertained with colouring pages and crayons. One staff member even sat down and drew with her so I could try on glasses. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The whole team came together to help us choose our frames, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about our experience. They shared honest opinions about what looked good, what didn't, and explained why they preferred certain styles over others. I left feeling really confident about our purchases. If you're looking for a positive, professional, and welcoming experience, I highly recommend LensCrafters Kingsway. “My mom had these sunglasses that we bought her that she adored! She barely ever wore them cause she treasured them. We finally convinced her to just wear them but they now keep sliding off her face. We thought we might have to buy her another pair, but LensCrafters helped us, free of charge even though we didn't buy the glasses from them! “I was helped today by Kendrick and he went above and beyond helping me today. He figured out my budget for glasses and showed me what’s within my budget and when my glasses were under the limit he gave me add ons I previously had with my old prescription, making my visit so much quicker. He was honest with his opinions on my glasses as I was trying on every single one lol would def recommend this place. Eileen also helped me with fitting and was kind as I was trying on glasses too! “Shawn was great! My glasses lost a screw and glued to hold it together for the time being, he was able to get the glue off and a new screw in looking brand new. Great service and super fast”

“If I could give Kendrick more than 5 stars, I would! He provided absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. I went in looking for sunglasses and walked out completely thrilled with two perfect pairs. Not only that, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful with my mother, assisting her in finding two pairs of reading glasses that she absolutely loves. “I had an amazing experience thanks to Neil and Kendrick. Kendrick helped me through the entire process of getting my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses. He walked me step by step through the insurance and pricing, making everything easy to understand, and treated me with nothing but care and respect the whole time. Neil also did a great job helping with my measurements and adjusting my glasses so they fit perfectly. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience.
