“I needed a small repair for my existing glasses, the arm had fallen off and as they have a spring -loaded spring on the arm, I couldn’t do it myself. Pavneet, in the Oakville Place store, was kind enough to do the repair for me, without hesitation, and restored the arm quickly. Fantastic to have the empathy and generosity too do this. “Mariam was such a nice person and optician to work with. While I hadn't intended to shop for glasses that particular day, I am so glad I went in! She knew exactly the style I was looking for and had an excellent command of the store inventory. She gave me space to consider options, but was also ready to help and attentive when I needed it - a perfect combination.
