“Amazing. The staff are professional, friendly, and the place is always very clean and welcoming. Their prices are reasonable, and having RMT services available by appointment is a huge plus. “I tried a lot of massage places in the area and this is definitely my top two selection. The staff here are very friendly and have amazing massage techniques. They're always accommodating with appointments even when I call last minute and provide tea and fruit during your experience. They can accommodate a room up to 6 people! “AVOID THIS PLACE! Extremely Unprofessional Service – Frustrating Experience I’ve visited this massage center before and even recommended it to friends, but after my most recent visit, I’ll never return. The front desk staff was polite, but the masseuse Ah Ling completely ruined the experience. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional from the start, which made me uncomfortable. Her massage technique felt careless, half-hearted, and rushed — it was as if she didn’t want to be there. At one point, I seriously considered stopping the session altogether because of how frustrating it was. A massage should be relaxing and enjoyable, but this left me more stressed and disappointed than before. It’s clear no effort or care was put into the service. If you’re looking for a professional and respectful experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are much better massage centers nearby where you’ll actually be treated properly. “I love the foot and body massages at Markham Leisure Zone! So much so, that it is worth the 22km drive. It is clean, efficient and relaxing. Don't be intimidated by the Asian-ness. You will feel welcome and comfortable with no Asian language or cultural experience. You can get appointments quite easily to suit your schedule. “When I walked in, the vibe was just so chill and welcoming. They had this relaxing music playing and the whole place smelled great, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The staff there were super friendly. They greeted me right away and made me feel at home. My therapist was incredibly professional and knew exactly what they were doing. It was like they had a map of every single knot in my back and just went to town on them. They mixed it up with different techniques and it was the perfect combo of getting those tight spots and also letting me relax. The place was also spotless, which is a big deal for me.
