“Leena Kim is …..impatient, condescending, underlyingly rude and unhelpful. As a Natropath, you would think she would have compassion and care for her patients. My experience with her was terrible. I felt rushed and felt like I was actually bothering her when asking questions. I would highly suggest not using this natropath if what you want is someone with empathy and care for your well being. Not sure why she is in this industry with her attitude. Wasted my money and got very little information that I didn’t already know. In response to your reply: The experience that I had in this clinic with Leena Kim is exactly what my review states. What she has done in the past and whether others may not have posted anything negative is not for me to say, what I experienced was horrible and I will stick to my review as I am so upset by the way she treated me. I have no idea why her attitude toward me was what is was but I know what happened to me and it wasn’t a good experience.”
