“What a warm and welcoming treatment treatment environment. This was my introduction to therapeutic touch. Sofia was most gracious in welcoming me. For weeks I have had pain and discomfort in my left hip. Following the treatment, the intensity of the pain decreased. “A perfect massage clinic located within the Modo yoga studio. I have had Kerr as my RMT, who has a calm and gentle nature about him. He patiently listens to your concerns and uses that information to customize your treatment. I never feel rushed and the massage has a mediative quality to it. I suffer from foot pain and am pleased that with massage, and targeted exercises, it has lessen. My favourite thing to do, is to take a yoga class before my massage.
