“I’ve seen a few physiotherapists here and have had excellent care with all of them. I typically see Taylor and he is incredible - it’s a bit of pain/discomfort afterwards but it’s worth it! He is amazing and has helped me so much - not only with my vertigo but also with my back / neck issues. I recommended leading edge to everyone!!”Read moreShow less

“Josh is a highly professional and dedicated physiotherapist. He always welcomes you with a warm smile, gives you his full attention, and takes the time to listen carefully to all your concerns. Throughout my five sessions, I noticed a significant improvement thanks to his expertise, clear explanations, and continuous support. He also remains available by email for any questions, which truly reflects his commitment to his patients. What makes the experience even more pleasant is that he engages in thoughtful conversations — especially about hockey — which adds a personal and enjoyable touch to each session. I sincerely recommend him; he is an outstanding physiotherapist. The reception team is equally excellent — very welcoming, accommodating, and always able to find appointments that fit your schedule. The entire staff is exceptional.”Read moreShow less

“Since November, I had been suffering from BPPV and painful nystagmus in my eye. Treatments in the TRV Chair by Matt Pinard over the next 9 weeks re-positioned the crystals to the proper canal and improved my quality of life. I am very grateful to Matt and the staff at this location for treating my condition. Their knowledge and expertise in treating BPPV is second to none.”Read moreShow less

“I was dealing with Vertigo for months. One of my friends recommend this place. I am very unhappy with quality of my life dealing with vertigo, me with Matt, he listened to me carefully and learned everything about me and what I went through in past a few months, he put me on TRV chair, spinet me around and here I am, vertigo free! Thank you Matt for everything to have done and keep up the great work.”Read moreShow less

“Where is the 10 star option?!!?? This is the best place I have ever been! TOP OF THE LINE !!!!! From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so kind and helpful. The experience is beyond exceptional! I was in Major discomfort that I had never felt before. They were able to fit me in quickly, fill out all the paperwork and The session helped me with my issue. I was blown away by Josh and his knowledge. Most importantly, I felt heard and understood because the pain and discomfort is hard to explain. I was not brushed off. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I’m now to the point in my life, where I don’t want to live in pain. Josh and everyone actually CARE about how you are feeling!!!!! And from what I understand, everybody here is amazing At what they do! Can’t thank you enough, And I will be choosing this place in the future!!! Beyond grateful!!!!”Read moreShow less

“2 categories below: Liz (receptionist), Matt & Josh 1) Liz (Receptionists): From the time that you walk into the Glenora location you will see that ALL the front receptionists are naturally and genuinely kind hearted souls. They strive to do the best they can in their roles to juggle many tasks. What you won't see is them having any attitude or transferring stressors of the job to their cohorts or customers. 2) Staff: Josh Kennedy & Matt Pinard (co-owner) - I wrote to the College of Physiotherapy and the Alberta Association of Physiotherapists about them. : A) Josh: My first point of contact in the clinic was my physiotherapist Josh Kennedy. He is good at his job, all physios have to be, but the difference is that he is true to himself and his personal values. He is naturally gifted beyond what a University Education or textbook can teach or provide. His very "presence" when he speaks with you leaves an impact beyond his words. If you have the chance to meet him, regardless of whether he is your physio, then you'll understand. I know he will soar to great heights wherever his career takes him. B) Matt: Matt is my physio as well. Matt is stellar all around as a person and as a business owner. He treats all with respect and expects the same. He is humble though he has multiple clinic locations thus a lot of bragging rights - part of that is him being a genuine human being. He wants the best for everyone in his clinic from his staff to his clients... sometimes when you meet people like him in life you see that they continually put others ahead of their own needs.. I know he will balance that out so that he has more to give without burning out while still being an outlier in his field. He is creative in thinking outside the box finding outside of the norm exercises.”Read moreShow less

“Amazing clinic! I have been using Leading Edge for physio since 2023, originally starting at the Windermere location, but needed something a bit closer to work (and that happened to have an available appointment on short notice) when I got injured so I swapped to the Royal Glenora location. I was so fortunate to be paired up with Chelsey H. who has been my ride or die throughout an awful calf tear I got back in December playing soccer. As a competitive player, the only thing I wanted was to be able to be back on the field as quickly as possible. Chelsey has been the absolute best in giving me the care I needed to get me off crutches, back to walking/running, and eventually back to playing soccer at (essentially) full strength again. She created a rehab plan and helped set the pace for me, while also tempering my expectations when I was trying to do too much too quickly. She also pushes me when needed - I absolutely hate needles but knowing they’d help me in the long run, I am ALMOST at the point of requesting them now! :) I’ve also been given several exercises/resources to help with ongoing recovery/preventative measures at home. I am so grateful to be playing again and I always recommend Chelsey to anyone I know needing a physio! I appreciate the level of care I received during the my recovery and I felt like more than just another patient going through an assembly line. I’ve gone from twice a week appointments during the height of my recovery to once a month appointments as needed for tuneups, but I’m still treated kindly and respectfully as if I’m there everyday. The rest of the staff at this location are great to deal with and the fact that I’m not there as often but Tesia at the front desk still recognizes me and knows me by name when I come in is an ode to Leading Edge’s care for their patients. 100% Excellent facility for physio!”Read moreShow less

“Leading Edge, Royal Glendora was recommended to me because I had struggled for a few years with TMJ issues. See Kristine Fitzgerald I was told. I did and it’s making a real difference to me. Great place. Thanks, Kristen.”
