“Extremely satisfied with their services. I had my Eye Exam yesterday and I was so satisfied with their customer service. Dr.Rioux was super nice and I recommend this place if you need to pass an eye exam or purchase a glass. Literally every single person in the store was super professional. “I only recommend this establishment if you want to have a discontempt and want to be treated like a walking wallet. I was making an appointment for my 9-year-old boy because last year, 2022, I took him to get his glasses, with promo(1 time glass replacement) In 2022 the clinic was full of good professionals, i got my myopia glasses done with them and I paid, not to be exact, almost 1000 dollars. This year I called for an appointment. I remarked it couldn't be a weekday because I worked and I took the day on September 23rd. Saturday, I asked if everything was included,also the exam,and said yes. Then like some days before the 23/09, they send me a message scheduling me for 19/09, which is a weekday at 5:25 p.m., not suitable for me as I said, they changed the appointment, anyways, in order not to be an extremist, I decided to run when I finished my work and I spent $45.00 on an Uber I arrived 5:20 p.m., they asked me for my kid maladie card, I told the lady didn’t bring it, cause they told me I don’t need to bring anything because everything was paid for. I asked for a moment to contact my wife for the card, I couldn’t communicate with her as fast as they wanted, meanwhile they became desperate and told me to pay $70, after telling me everything was included. They told me that the doctor was no longer going to see my little boy because I had gone over schedule, after all the work to get there that day and that it was not my fault because my appointment was for Saturday 23/09 Terrible lack of organization!!! Not the slightest empathy for my little boy, they didn't want to take care of him, and those at the reception with an iron heart with a father who was bringing his little boy with a myopia problem to be treated, I was so impressed that I said, I'm in Canada ?, cause Canadians are always very kind, I was impressed, a lady who was sitting next to us gave me her appointment and told me to pass the child because she can come another day. Thanks to that Angel, they granted access to examination and after this the receptionist told the other person, don't pass him on until he pays, as if I were a criminal who didn't want to pay the bill. , I had already spent almost $1000 in their clinic. I finally got the child's Maladie card and they told me the problem was that the Maladie card date was not updated on their system , im wondering if someone couldnt ask me that on the phone before since I called several times. Not the slightest apology, not the slightest empathy for my little child who had to witness this mistreatment, in the end they reluctantly served my child, I felt like I was begging for service, I felt the contempt. When they finished examining the child, I told them that I was upset for treating me like a delinquent, and that no one apologized, but well, once again in order to be nice we talked and everything was fine in the end. They told me in a week I would have the glasses, I asked, I shouldn't pay anything more?, they told me I don't have to pay anything. A month later no one called us, and my wife goes directly to ask and they told her at the reception that we owe $100.00 and that the glasses are not ready Asked us if we want glasses that stop myopia or normal ones. Couldn't someone call us to ask that and not have to wait a month? I’m just wondering if they wanted to charge us money in some way even thou if that was already paid from the beginning with the promo, and with the disorganization they have in this Lunetier, I don't know whether to trust even the prescription they gave for my child's glasses, for this reason we decided to consult with another doctor again. , because we have doubts if in the end the good prescription made by the dr reached the hands of the person who makes the glasses. I will never return to this business again. It has been the place where I have felt most mistreated since I arrived in Canada, where no one was even kind to my little 9 years old boy. This clinic has changed a lot since 2022 but for the worse.”Read moreShow less
