About the clinic
PLEASE NOTE a valid credit card is required for all bookings and is only for holding your appointment.
Cancellations with less then 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments, if you are more then 10 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and the $50 late fee will be applied.
ALL no shows for appointments will be charged 50% of the treatment total.
Last minute/same day cancellations are considered a no show and subject to 50% charge of treatment total.
