Laya offers a wide range of wellness treatments carefully selected to calm your body and realign the subtle energetic body. We are an Ayurvedic inspired spa offering massages, facials, hand & foot treatments as well as waxing. Our eucalyptus steam room is loved by all of our guests and included with most of our treatments. “Isabella de Carvalho is an absolute magician. One of the best massages I’ve ever had, intuitive, grounding, and deeply restorative. She has an incredible ability to understand exactly what your body needs without you even having to explain it. I walked in carrying so much tension and left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. Beyond her talent, Isabella creates such a warm and calming atmosphere that makes the entire experience feel special. You can truly feel the care, skill, and intention behind her work. “I got the Brazilian Lympathic Facial and was disappointed as it wasn’t the Brazilian technique but the manual technique, which I wouldn’t have booked if I knew this. I mentioned it during the massage but the massage therapist said she only knew one way and didn’t know the difference. After the massage I mentioned this to the front desk. I was very kind about the fact that it wasn’t the Brazilian technique. I asked for a discount, as I am happy to pay for the service I received, but that I did not get the service I came for which costs more and also I wouldn’t have booked this appointment if it wasn’t falsely advertised. I was quite disappointed in their response. The front desk lady was kind but the manager she called did not seem to care. They questioned where I had massages before. I have had Brazilian Lymphatic done before thankfully, but even if I hadn’t, you can easily research the difference. They also don’t know my personal experience during the massage. Maybe the RMT was taught incorrectly. This was a very gentle facial massage, there was no firmness or sculpting aspect to it at all. I can’t speak to any other service. I said the spa seemed nice and I’d be happy to try another service. I never leave reviews but I just want people to be aware of this if they are looking to book the Brazilian Lymphatic facial. It’s a lot of money to not get the service you are paying for, and I was disappointed in the response I got. After 20 minutes of discussion, they did end up giving me a 15% discount which brought my total to ~$140 with tax. I personally wouldn’t pay someone $140 to clean my face and rub it gently. There was nothing to the rest of the facial massage to make it worth the cost as I could have done this at home.”Read moreShow less

“Professional staff and service! Laya has such a great calming ambiance, you instantly feel relaxed when you walk in. Treats are offered before and after, cookies, chocolate, tea, which are a nice touch. Miranda was amazing with the massage and really targeted the problem areas. I felt incredible afterward! “Jocelyn was fantastic. Professional and highly effective. She took the time to assess my needs and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure my comfort. The one hour massage was from head to toe -blissful! The spa is very peaceful and welcoming space. They have many special touches - slippers, water, tea, candy and cookies pre and post treatment.
