“Grab a beverage, because I am going to leave a 2-for review. First, I have seen Lauren as a patient. The Massage Therapy experience was flawless. From the minute you walk into the adorable little space you feel calm. Her focus on stillness and quiet is a much needed pause and gives you an opportunity to fully appreciate the experience. As an RMT myself, I have also taken a course from Lauren in face and scalp techniques and approaches. It was also flawless. While I loved learning the techniques themselves, the class was also a chance to reconnect with so many things I had forgotten I loved about the profession: the chance to slow down and encourage your patients to slow down, small things you can do to help this happen.
