“I always have a great experience every time I come here. The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Melissa is my RMT, and she is always so pleasant, friendly, and professional. Whenever we start the session, my neck always cracks—and that’s the best part! Haha. She knows exactly where my stress and tension points are and focuses on the areas that need the most attention. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better after the session is done. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for an excellent RMT. “Tom saved my life not actually but kinda I was having extreme dizziness after what I thought was a intense soccer header but could’ve been something else. I had it for weeks and then finally found out it was vertigo BPPV. I tried some YouTube maneuvers at home and they helped but still didn’t fix it completely. I booked one vestibular therapy session with Tom and I completely forgot I had dizziness after a couple days. I should’ve written this review two months ago. I’ve been good ever since! “I’ve had a very positive experience working with Kevin at Launch Rehab. He is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to understand my condition and tailor the treatment accordingly. Following my injury, I’ve been dealing with multiple areas of pain, and Kevin has been very supportive in guiding my recovery with targeted exercises and a structured approach. He explains everything clearly and adjusts the program based on how I’m progressing, which has been very helpful. I appreciate his professionalism and the supportive environment at Launch Rehab. I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who is attentive and focused on long-term recovery. I’ve had a really positive experience with Hiroe. “This place was amazing. I came in for a worksafe claim and my physiotherapist Ethan Yeung was so kind. Front desk was always so kind too, especially Reanna and Marielle as they were always checking in with me, offering cups of water and even chocolate during every visit. They assisted me with rebooking and did everything I’d expect from a clinic without needing to ask. Nothing was rushed and they were very patient with me. “As a new client, I’m very happy with both the staff and the environment here. The location is also very accessible. The front desk team is very welcoming, keeps up with appointments, and always guides me well through the process. Derek has been excellent at addressing my concerns and helping me improve my overall body health. He provides at-home exercises that fit my lifestyle and schedule, which has been very helpful. “Fantastic experience. Firstly, Launch Rehab's clinic is clean and professional. Welcoming reception and the interior is nice. Secondly, the physiotherapist I worked with, Derek Ku, is great. Derek Ku really pinpointed my issues in my traps and neck and asked thoughtful questions to figure out my issues. I've gone to many clinics and massages but it was not as helpful as Derek's physio treatment. His passion for his work is contagious and is knowledge in human physiology is clear. I'm going back to him for a 3rd session and it feels like this pain I've been dealing with will soon be resolved. Highly recommend Launch Rehab and Derek Ku as a physiotherapist. ps. the owner of this clinic, Adrian, surprised me with a gift basket which made this whole experience even better.
