“I had an excellent experience with Dr Loyd.He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He is responsible, fair, and honest, and I truly appreciated his thoughtful approach and attention to detail. I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, caring, and trustworthy ophthalmologist. I would also like to recognize Sahar for providing outstanding care. She was friendly, kind, and very professional from the moment I arrived. She explained each test clearly, made me feel comfortable, and was incredibly patient throughout the entire appointment. “Thirteen years ago, I had LASIK, and I was thrilled with the results. This time, I returned for a refractive lens exchange with the goal of becoming completely glasses-free. Once again, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. “The process was very smooth from the start of my consultation to the surgery itself. Everyone was very thorough in each exam prior to the surgery and explained each step of the way so I understood what was happening. After booking the surgeon Dr. Lloyd reviewed my file promptly and had someone reach out to notify me of some additional potential complications due to my fibromyalgia and astigmatism. The day of the surgery again they did the follow up test to ensure accurate measurements are taken. Upon entering the room for the surgery Dr. Lloyd went through all the potential risks again just to make sure I was certain I wanted to move forward. During the surgery he explains each step of the way and it very reassuring and makes you feel at ease. I saved my sedative until after the surgery and boy am I glad I did. Not at any fault of the clinic, but I was the one percent that experiences extreme pain. I couldn’t open my eyes and they were non stop tearing. I managed to hold my eye open to take a picture and then my husband called the after hours number. It was difficult to get a hold of the clinic, it he left a call back number and they returned the call. They reassured my husband that this is normal, and to try and rest. He sent through the photos just to be on the safe side and everything looked good. I took my Xanax and fell asleep and the next morning I could finally see better than I have been able to in 30 years. What a great experience! Thank you team:)”Read moreShow less

“My experience at LASIKMD was great! Getting an eye exam again right before the procedure really showed how safe the clinic is and how much they care for their patients. Dr Lloyd also throughly explained why it was best to operate only one of my eyes instead of both, and I greatly appreciated that.
