“Worst place to get your hair braided. They give you no notice when cancelling an appointment. Just make you come to the shop sit for 10minutes then tell you its not happening today. Happened more than once. July 28th 2025, I came for my appointment and the lady mentioned how the braider could not make the appointment because she hurt her back moving a bed. So there was no notice and you guys offered me a discount then too which will be on file. So it has happened more than once. This appointment was made weeks in advance for a purpose. And no one reached out to me, I reached out to her and I tried to reschedule it and she couldn't work on my time. After the second time you stop believing the excuses. All I needed was the courtesy of letting me know even if it was just a few hours ahead so I could've made other arrangements. “It was my first time coming to Lashgod and let me tell you, this is THE place to get your lashes or any beauty services. Mind you, I haven’t done my lashes since 2019 so it’s been a minute since I’ve gotten them done. Right from the front desk to the service itself was a 10/10. “I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Lashgod! I went in for a lash lift and brow lamination, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. This is the first time I’ve absolutely loved both my lashes and my brows, they look incredible, even after washing them. A huge shoutout to Natalie, who did my service. She was not only incredibly skilled, but also so caring, kind, and friendly throughout the whole experience. She really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. On top of that, the whole salon had such a warm and welcoming vibe, they even offered me a fresh, delicious piece of loaf, which was such a thoughtful touch. “Phoenix has been the best lash tech I have ever had. She prides herself in her work and never disappoints. More than one occasion, it was hot out and the glue had become compromised (as any glue from any lash tech would) and she offered to fix them when she was fully booked, and still managed to care enough to fit me in and fix them, even though it wasn’t her problem nor her fault. She has genuine love for her clients and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else who could possibly be better. It is a normal occurrence for my lashes to last and stay full and gorgeous for up to 2+ weeks due to the quality and talent of her and her products.
