“Just started my Invisalign treatment at this clinic and so far everything has been excellent. The staff are welcoming, the dentist is knowledgeable, and they explained the whole process clearly. I feel comfortable and confident continuing my treatment here”

“If there was a zero star I would mark a big 0 .. I wasted 2 months with this clinic . I went home with a very bad infected tooth i just found out 2 weeks ago after they send me home with a prescription of antibiotics. I do suffer anxiety and a phobia with dentists that's because i have an allergic reaction the anesthesia with the adrenaline. Once they reassure me that they will extract my tooth with the proper anesthesia. The technician private messages me by text and told me that they can't do anything because my tooth is very badly infected she spoke on my behalf to Dr Jude who does the extraction which i had to meet and that's three weeks later she told him about my anxiety . . I am not afraid of needles or being poked its more the reaction of the anesthesia with the adrenaline which they reassure me that its going to be ok with Dr Jude . This technician Marieve who is private messaging me spoke on my behalf to Dr Jude when I suppose to me him from the getgo she told me to go else where like a clinic longuiel or anjou . Then I get a call that have an appointment Dec 3 to meet Dr Jude to discuss my case i was so relieved after what the technician said that they cant so anything then cancel my appointment again the day before and gaved me false hope ...at the same time technician Marieve is still harassing me by private texting me at the same time apologizing while im on the phone with the secretary cancelling my appointment twice . all this back and forth and all this confusion has no conclusion while I still going around with a infected tooth ! Who's does that gives you reassurance without even getting to see the actual Dr Jude so he decided. Why did this technician spoke about my anxiety and said the right reason about my case .
