“I have required the services of a chiropractor for over 50 years due to injury and age related issues with my lower back and neck. Recently moving to the Kelowna area, both my wife and I needed to find a chiropractor that we could rely on to help maintain our mobility, flexibility and overall spine health. We were referred to Dr. Sheldon by an existing patient and he was able to fit us both in on the same day. After an initial consultation, he determined the best course of action for me and after only 2 adjustments, I feel much better and have been following his recommended exercises at home. “High recommended Dr.Sheldon Langedyk. It was my first visit to this place.I have been having lot of back & shoulder and neck pain which made me feel little sore on day to day basis.From last 6 months it was getting worse.I tried massage therapy which helped in pain but it was only temporary.I decided to see chiropractor to find the root cause.So far I got 4 treatments with Dr.Sheldon and I can definitely see improvement in my pain. “About 1 1/2 years ago I was in severe pain in my neck and head with nerve spasms so bad that I could barely function. I couldn't sleep and should not have been driving because I could not turn my head. Luckily Dr Langedyk gave me an appt the next day on a Sat morning. Thank goodness he was open. The adjustment from that morning made things more bearable that day whew...and following 3 more treatments I was pretty much back to normal. “I came to Dr. Sheldon because I was dealing with sciatica and shoulder pain that had been bothering me for a while. After a few treatments, I noticed a big differenc. The pain eased up and I could move much more freely. He takes the time to explain what’s going on and how each adjustment helps, and he even gave me exercises to work on at home to manage the pain better. “I have only been to see Dr. Langedyk a handful of times. In that short period of time he has managed to get me from hobbling around in pain to me being able to get out and walk with no more pain. I had some severe lower back pain that has been totally resolved. We are working on a long term injury but I can say the sciatica/piriformis pain has gone from an 8 down to a 2 and I fully expect that Dr. Langedyk will be able to resolve this issue as well. I have only been to one other chiropractor in my life and my experience there simply doesn’t compare to the help this man has given me. “I was in an accident on March 18, and despite experiencing increasing pain in my lower back and wrists, I delayed seeking chiropractic care.
