“I Wish there was 0 Star review. This place doesn’t deserve even 1Star rating. Terrible cancellation policy they have and all they want is to grab your money that’s it. Once you’re charged for the amount and due to some urgent 🚨 issues if you don’t show up, and let them know according to their website… you still get charged even though their website mentioned that, “ For urgent cancellations, please call and leave a voicemail at the appropriate clinic number.” And I did followed that procedure, yet … they charged me for a genuine emergency situation… Crap…!!! I get callback for my voicemail that they can’t do anything about it if the cancellation is not done before 24hours. How would you know if an emergency/urgent situation arises before 24hours? Or else don’t mention anything about the urgent situation in your website…???!!!!”Read moreShow less

“I should have read some of these reviews before I booked. Where do I begin. Terrible online booking system that auto books you without notice. Then got charged the full amount as a no show on the day of and they're telling me you consented because you signed a consent form online like a month ago LOL. Borderline scam artists and I will be disputing this charge. The massage my wife received was not great at all from Loxley. My wife asked her to focus on certain areas and she simply ignored her and did her own thing while sitting down majority of the time. Felt like a waste of time and left disappointed.
