“I am unable to leave my house due to an injury and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my nails done. But thankfully I found Lana Chic and she did a wonderful job with my nails, and brought back some normalcy in my life! So thankful and will def keep having my nails done by her!!”

“Lana is a real gem! I called late in the day, she stayed open for us, she took incredible care with my mom’s pedicure, and was a delight to spend time with. Parking was also super easy and free. They have reserved spots in a designated lot behind the building. Lovely!”

“Honestly extremely upset with this nail place. I asked for a mobile service to my home as they provide because I am disabled and I don’t do well in a lot of public environments when I’m not prepared salons etc. they called me a few days out from my appointments and said someone messed up and the girl who was supposed to do my nails is on vacation and asked if they could come earlier, I said I never picked anyone I said all staff, but sure, a few days early is fine. I should’ve cancelled right then and there. The girl Deana showed up, I let her set up, got my nail stickers that I wanted put on to finally try and feel nice. (I was scheduled for mani, pedi, fill and extra add on for nail designs) She started removing my old polish etc and I she had a mask on so I assumed maybe it’s for the fumes or whatever. But no, she was sniffling all through the appointment removing my old polish etc, then she coughed. So I was like that’s enough, I’m asking. I asked her if she’s sick, she said “yes, I was dizzy yesterday and today I woke up and my throat hurts and I’m all sick, I took vitamin c” i stayed quiet for a minute because I couldn’t believe this company would send someone SICK to my house?! To touch me and work on me? Have they learnt nothing from Covid? Or no common sense? After breathing for a minute to calm myself since I was terrified I told her “I’m immunocompromised, it’s common courtesy to inform people if you’re sick or atleast call me before you enter my house, I would’ve let you cancel the appointment even 1 minute before the appointment time if you told me you were sick with no hard feelings” she just mumbled a bit and said “what does immunocompromised mean”. Oh my god. I told her “please finish the step you are on, and leave I will pay you whatever you think is right whether it’s polish removal or manicure, I want to cancel the rest of my services today I’m not comfortable with you coughing and sniffling all over my house and touching me.” She said ok sure. She finished after a few minutes, I got up immediately washed my hands with soap and water while she packed up, paid her for the manicure and she left. Since then I haven’t even had anyone apologize or anything. This was yesterday, today I woke up, my throat hurts and I feel unwell. TERRIBLE first impression. I would not use this company ever again. Disgusting bringing their sickness into people’s homes. Atleast use your brain and call and let us know you are sick?! How will I get through the week now feeling like this. Shame on you. No wonder you don’t have that many reviews. I would give these careless rude unhygienic people 0 stars if I could. Not even gonna touch on the micro aggressive tone.”

“Showed up for my nail appointment yesterday at 5:30pm. Waited 25mins for my nail tech but she showed up 5mins after I have left the studio. Not a good first impression for a would be first time client. I will look somewhere else.”

The experience was wonderful and comfortable because Svetlana was kind and professional. she came with all the portable equipment, including a mobile table, lighting, and all the necessary tools for the job. She took care of every detail. But the most important detail that distinguishes her is cleanliness and hygiene. The result was a good, classic, and soft look suitable for everyday, just as I requested. Based on this, I highly recommend trying it.”
