“Told him I would be waiting beside them in the clinic while he filled my prescription "30-40 mins" only to hear from the original pharmacy 30 minutes later that they were having trouble faxing the prescription over. “I had a terrible experience at Lolly Care yesterday with my pharmacist 🧑⚕️ my regular dosage was 400 and he switched up to 500 yesterday and without me knowing and we went back-and-forth about it and he said I don’t matter My partner was there and he was taking my defence about this situation the Immorality of it all came to my defence about my dosage? he didn’t wanna to listen to me and he kept saying I don’t matter what I say didn’t matter And my partner asked for the previous five months receipts with the right dosage of 400 My partner just wanted to him to show him that he was. a Liar The client is always right, especially when it comes to dosages of their medication he disrespected me in my partner to our faces and I’ve been dealing with lolly care for years since 2013 and Suki should retire he has no right to be there if he treats his clients like this”Read moreShow less

“This pharmacy is great. My boyfriend lives in supportive housing. He tried to get his methadone prescription here. Unfortunately he is being forced to get his methadone prescription from the Cridge Family pharmacy by Dr.Fiona Scanlan and Dr.Gillian Wiwrachuk. “The last neighbourhood pharmacy in Victoria. Personalized care. One primary pharmacist who knows your name. Sure it may not feel as fast as some of the chain pharmacies if he is with another customer but that is because he is giving them his full attention. “I have been a client here at Sukhi Lalli's Yates Street location Pharmacy for 21 years now. And I live 6 or so miles across town, near the Uptown Centre. There are 4 Pharmacy's near to me, within 2 blocks of my home, that I could go to, but I have chosen to stay at Sukhi's, (I used to live within 1 block from His Pharmacy). He is a very special man, very caring and attentive to ones needs, I've never experienced any other Pharmacy quite like his.They are so caring there, and they're delivery service is fantastic. If you want to be treated with the utmost respect and want to have your needs met and be listened to, then you should try this place out.
