“J'ai reçu mes soins post-opératoires chez Lala Cares et je suis très satisfait du service. Aucune déception, mes attentes ont été pleinement comblées. L'équipe répond rapidement à toutes mes questions. Après avoir suivi le premier forfait de soins incluant des séances de radiofréquence et des massages trois fois par semaine, j'ai remarqué une nette amélioration. La bosse sur ma fesse a disparu et mon corps est désormais sculpté. Lala est compétente et les soins sont de qualité. Merci pour ton professionnalisme et tes soins ! Disponibilité: Elle s'adapte parfaitement à mon emploi du temps chargé ! 5/5 Observation/propreté : La salle est bien entretenue et le matériel est désinfecté. Accessibilité : J'ai facilement trouvé l'emplacement. Prix/ fréquence : Étant donné qu'il s'agissait d'un BBL, j'ai opté pour plusieurs séances. “I had a very disappointing experience with this service for post-op treatment massages (BBL/lipo). I highly advise against going there. Two days ago, after returning from surgery on Day 16, I received a massage and the therapist (Lala) seemed clueless about the necessary procedures. I had a lot of fluid buildup and, after showing pictures to two other places in Montreal, they informed me that I needed to be drained through my wound. My doctor and my masso in Colombia also confirmed this. Before my appointment, I asked if she could perform this specific service, and she assured me that she could. During the session, I repeatedly told her that I needed to be drained as I felt pain and inflammation in my arms, stomach, and back. However, she insisted there was no need to open my wound or use a syringe to drain the liquid, even though the bumps were visible. When she massaged my back, she didn’t notice that I was already draining because a wound had opened. I had to point it out to her, showing the liquid draining from my back. Only then did she continue the massage, charging me extra for the drainage, which was supposedly not included, despite not having performed it herself. Her knowledge of post-op care seems very limited, suitable only for a basic day to day lymphatic massage, which was also too gentle. She avoids any procedures involving a syringe or opening wounds. This raises serious concerns about her legitimacy and ability to provide the necessary post-op care. Post-surgery is a critical time, and such incompetence can lead to complications and improper healing. I also requested an injection of my coagulant, but she refused, claiming she had a technique, despite not being a nurse. This process is complex and can easily lead to complications if not done correctly. I am now left to find an urgent appointment with another clinic when I planned this way before my surgery.After expressing my concerns and still paying her, she blocked me. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. . I was charged 130$ + my deposit of 20$ because the liquid was coming out by ITSELF from my back. She said it was extra work!!
