“Lakeshore LTChome does not make sure they give the right Fax numbers to Life Labs, nor do they check up and see why they haven't received lab results. Poor communication skills with family, no call backs even with life threatening illness. If I can see blood and puss in a catheter bag, why can't a nurse or Rpn, or Psw? We had to ask over and over for tests to be done, with ZERO results or inquiries from staff, I'm surprised my Dad is still alive. Do better!”
