“Where’s the option for ten stars?? Five isn’t even close to enough! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. The first time I came in, I was in some of the worst pain I’ve ever had. I could hardly walk from my vehicle into the office, and I could barely even turn on the table. After one treatment from Bobby, I left feeling so good I went straight back to work — which I shouldn’t have done (and was advised not to), but I’m stubborn. By the end of the day, I’d put my back right out again. They got me in right away, and again Bobby worked her magic with incredible kindness, compassion, and professionalism. After a few more rounds of IMS and some much-needed rest, I was back in working order. Then a few months later, I put my back out again, and once more they somehow found a spot for me the very next day. This time I saw Amber — same amazing experience, same level of care. It’s one thing to receive treatment; it’s another to receive it with genuine compassion and kindness. If you’ve been thinking about trying IMS, give Lakeshore a call. “Have been coming here for many many years and continue to come here. Tried a different physio for a few months and switched back. Best physio in town! I saw Lauryn then she went on maternity leave which I was bummed about but I see Julie and she's just as awesome! “I've had somewhat light chronic back pain for the last 7 years or so, and I mostly just live with the expectation of a tight back. It all started with a heavy front squat that threw my back out. My back was locked up with tightness to the point of being bedridden. I looked around for physio and chiro (about 4 different clinics in the GVRD and Calgary) and I did eventually find solutions that got me back into a good state to work out. Recently, I threw my back out again doing more weightlifting. I was astonished how fast and effectively Amber resolved my issue with dry needling. Having an open discussion with her about my daily activities and what I planned to do; she naturally advised as best she could (take a day off running here, do this stretch because you have a foam roller there) and I don't expect to be seeing her any time soon because of how great my back is doing. Note: I did end up doing one follow up appointment because my back was still slightly tight after the first visit, and now I'm feeling 100%.”Read moreShow less

“I have Fibromyalgia and have been in multiple MVA's in my life and have seen many doctors, and been to almost all of the different rehabilitation clinics from Vernon to Kamloops and since seeing Dave Fleming at Lakeshore Physiotherapy I am finally seeing huge improvement!
