“Had some great experiences with staff especially a kind dental assistant and part time hygienist. However unfortunately the head dentist was often grumpy. She'd ignore my questions, and unexpectedly be really harsh. Worse of all She was harsh and impatient with our kids so a scary experience became much worse. Dental fears ensued. We have since transfered to a more kid friendly dentist. The extra star is for the good staff they do have.”Read moreShow less

“Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Simpson just wants to help and doesn’t recommend things not necessary. I really respect her and trust her and she is kind, gentle and personable.”

“Everyone was kind and easy to deal with. Chantel the Hygienist was absolutely incredible working with our nervous 6 year old daughter! She is amazing with kids. “I have been going to Lake Loon Dentistry now for about 4 years. All my issues have been handled very well, nd I'm always able to get an appointment when I need one, even on short notice! I chose Lake Loon over an office that was much closer when I was going to need an extensive amount of work.
