Renting a TENS machine from them was a game-changer during labor—it helped manage pain and provided relief throughout contractions. Andrea, the owner, was so kind to take the time to show me how to use it properly. One of my favorite memories was bringing my son, only a month old, to the clinic, and Holly rocked him to sleep while giving me a massage—there’s truly no greater gift for a new mom than someone caring for both you and your baby. The team at Lagoon is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I recommend them to everyone I know!”

“This is such a wonderful business. I've been seeing Andrea for RMT for a couple of years now but they've really expanded to a whole range of wrap-around services including nutrition, doula services, counselling and others. Even the washroom is stocked with everything a pregnant or postpartum person could want (tums! advil! change station!). Also - direct billing to your healthcare plan. Highly recommend.”
