“I had one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Calgary at La Palma Spa. From the moment you walk in, it truly feels like you’re stepping into a luxury hotel on vacation. My massage with Alana was incredible. This wasn’t just a standard massage. The entire experience felt so thoughtful and elevated, with hot towel therapy throughout and so much extra care in every detail. Alana’s work on my neck and jaw was especially outstanding. “I usually struggle with finding a great massage therapist, but yesterday Melody did a wonderful job. She's so friendly and polite. She tries to make your spa experience as comfortable as possible. As an introvert person, I was specially thankful that Melody doesn't talk to you a lot that allows you to go deeper into your feelings. The salon itself is pretty clean and cozy. Other personnel is also so nice. They also did all the insurance stuff by themselves, so you just needed to relax. The only thing here, be prepared for a pretty strong incense aroma around the salon cuz it may cause a headache. “Had an amazing first ever facial with emeline a week back. I got the detoxifying facial that was 90 minutes, I needed it! She explained everything before the procedure and went over my home care prior to starting so she could individualize my treatment. The whole time I was in heaven! I said it takes a lot of skill to give someone basically a full back massage WHILE IM LAYING on my back 😂. She was so skilled, professional, even when she was squeezing my pores she checked up on me. I was glowing after! She then recommended some products and it's been about 1.5 weeks since I started using them and I'm seeing amazing results. The products were expensive but you use a small amount and it'll last a while, it's worth it for the amazing ingredients, my skin is really responding to my new skincare. She even explained we have to start putting natural things on our face as we absorb everything into our body. Will definitely be coming back. “The atmosphere was very aesthetic. My partner and I loved our La Palma Calma massage from Alessandra and Brandy. We regret not to get the 90 mins. However, we’re just a bit disappointed with the receptionist on duty. The moment we walked-in we never felt welcome, it was very odd for a spa actually even we finished the massage, we were never asked how was the experience or offered a water. She just simply does her thing with the computer without even give us heads up that she’s processing our payment/ health insurance. We even ask her if are we good to go because there’s no really an interaction. But regardless of that experience, we still want to give 5 stars because of the two ladies who really work hard from what we really came for, to relax.
