“I’ve had multiple massages here, and each one was perfect. Excellent service, calm ambience, amazing deep pressure massages. They definitely choose their staff very well! There’s also a very cozy lounge area with tea. I love this place!!”

“My cousin booked a spa treatment for my birthday and it’s the best gift ever. I have never gotten a massage before but after this, it’ll definitely be part of my monthly self care! “A year of weekly saunas is sadly coming to an end because I am moving out of the country. A local gem is an understatement. This place helped me through severe inflammation and a period of extreme stress that had taken a major toll on my health. I had done many saunas in my life and was already aware of the benefits, but the affordability and accessibility of L’Absolu allowed me to invest and integrate this into a two days a week routine. It helped me so much I continued doing it even after I saw the healing i needed during the initial months. I bought the affordable package membership for the sauna so I could come twice a week for the first 4 months; then alternating between 2 days and 1 day for the winter. I’ve been to most other spas in the area and outside of Montreal- strom, Scandinave, Balnea, and though this place doesn’t have a cold plunge, for weekly very hot sauna use and a real Finnish experience it absolutely did the job. The service I received every week made it even more worth it. ALWAYS kind, accommodating, and welcoming from Samantha and Roxanne. They always made me feel like I have a place there. I loved my initial experience a few years back when my husband and I came here to do the mineral floatation bath. The massages I’ve received were excellent and I require a lot of pressure than the average person and the masseuses actually listen. Prices are exceptionally fair, the staff is good and the facilities are always clean. Thank you for making such a difference in my year I would not be the same without you! “Absolutely fabulous!! My husband and I went as a Valentine’s Day date and we both truly enjoyed ourselves and had a fantastic relaxing time. My husband is not easy to please as he doesn’t like going to the spa or getting a massage and he said that he had one of the best massages ever. As for my masseuse shout out to Sara who was amazing! As well I have to say I did not know if I was going to like the Bain flottant and oh wow was it ever wonderful. We are already looking forward to going back! “We had an incredible time at L'Absolu on our anniversary trip to Montreal. Great massages, relaxing sauna time, and our first experience with a float pool! (We were really glad we picked the full 60-min float, as it took us a little while to settle in. A really cool experience.) We loved the whole vibe of the spa (slightly quirky, very relaxing, earthy feel), and the tea was delicious. The staff were also amazing. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We did have a little trouble initially booking our package, as we didn't get a response from their online form or social media messages (and it was hard for us to call internationally), but we're so glad we persisted.
