“If you are there during low tide, there are many crystal quite ponds that you can wade, play or swim in, and lots of fun sea creatures for you to discover! Get a Tidal Fishing License, try to find some shellfishes or even oysters!”

“You can walk for miles along the low tide ocean water and watch little crabs run in the sand. Nice clear water…much better than Spanish Bank in Vancouver.”

“This is a gorgeous beach, beautiful sand and wonderful water near the Comox airport. Long walk to get to the ocean at low tide but worth it to take a cooling dip. Cool to see and hear the planes and helicopters taking off and landing at the air force base right next door. “Great beach for a walk or gathering. There are some nice Sandy spots to relax and enjoy, mostly a rocky beach. I find it great for an evening gathering with friends.”

“Beautiful beach area with cabins and also places to rent. Very quiet. There are no stores nearby so if you stayed here you would need to bring your own food etc.”
