Jenn is not only an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled physiotherapist, but she is also one of the kindest, most compassionate healthcare professionals I’ve ever met. She takes the time to truly listen, explains everything clearly, and creates a treatment plan that makes you feel hopeful and supported. The relief I experienced after working with her was remarkable, but what stood out even more was the kindness, patience, and encouragement she showed throughout the process. “I have been attending K-Town Physio for the last couple of years. Over that period of time, I have encountered a number of issues and I've been able to work with Jenny Lindsay to conservatively manage my issues. I'm now able to lift heavier weights in some cases, run without leg/body pain and swim without too much difficulty. I love the fact that I can share with Jenny the types of movements I'm doing in the gym and we can have a discussion of where I can work harder with good quality technique and where I need to not work quite as hard. I appreciate Jenny's knowledge and expertise and I trust in her ability to lead me down a path of healing and appropriately managing my body for the most effectively pain-free movement for the long term. “I can't say enough about how much I appreciate K-Town physiotherapy... Reception, beyond the doubt, is very easy to talk to you on the phone and book appointments with. Kinesiologist, Physio Assistance and Students.... Always treat their clients with friendliness and dignity. I have been going to Lindsey for a minimum of 15 + years.... And I have been ever so grateful for all her skills, instructions, intuitions and sincerity. Throughout the years she has helped me maintain the health of my muscles so I may continue working in the healthcare professional, and throughout a Difficult injury ..... “Great atmosphere, lovely people! Halle is lovely. When stretching, she will take feedback right away if there is a painful area and she was able to pinpoint exactly what needed to be fixed.
