“I had another amazing experience with Kourtney Family Vision Care. I dropped my glasses and had a little damage on the lenses after more than a year. And they were so nice to just ordering new lenses and install them for free. They did my other pair of glasses as well at the same time for free, and installed some new nose pieces on top. Service with a smile. Very rare these days, so greatly appreciated. Spread the good word. And go visit these awesome ladies in the Cranbrook mall.”Read moreShow less

“I asked them to email the photo of my eye. Never got it. I brought up a particular concern about my eyes. Wasn't addressed. And then to top it all off, they somehow think it's a good idea to send an automated happy birthday text at 7:45 am on a Sunday.”

“Personally I wouldn't recommend this place only because of the front-end staff. They definitely don't make you feel welcome and seemed to be very irritated they had to help customers. The Dr i seen was great. He answered all questions and explained everything to me in detail. Because of him, I was going to give the girls another shot to help me purchase my new glasses... well it only took 2 min and I was done dealing with the attitude and pure laziness so I spent my $700 elsewhere.”Read moreShow less

“I was in on Thursday for an appointment. First, I booked in July, then had to rebook a week later, there was no issue. Second, when you go into this place, look at the equipment, it’s all brand new. It’s top of the line equipment. A the end of my appointment I asked for an additional test to be done as I had had a previous issue, when I asked the tech said “The Dr. Just asked me to run that test.” That machine was brand new and gives a really good image of the eye. I was talking with a friend who had just gone to a different eye clinic in the Kootenays, and the cost was just about 60% more. I’ve been to that other clinic and the equipment is old and that equipment is either Harvest holding colour or faded that bad. My first experience at this place, Dr Henker looked into my eyes and said “ you are under a lot of stress”. And 100% I was at that time. For me that has always stuck with me, that this person I had never met, could look into my eyes and tell me that I was under stress. The diagnosis was spot on. In a summary, the service is top shelf. The knowledge and experience is upper level and the equipment is brand new and top quality. You will not be disappointed.”Read moreShow less

“Absolutely lovely, knowledgeable staff who take pride in their work and create an inclusive, welcoming environment. They definitely see eye health as a part of total health, and Dr. Henker took my visit seriously when I mentioned my chronic migraines. Khadija is a talented optician who suited me up with frames I would never have chosen myself but are absolutely my favorite glasses ever. Frames came in early and they worked with me to get an appointment with fairly short turnaround time. Plus they direct bill! I recommend without reservation.”Read moreShow less
