“Coach Soc literally helped save my life by getting me back on track with my health. With my health conditions I thought it wasn't possible for me to get back into shape and he cared enough to whip my butt into a shape I never thought I could achieve. All of the other coaches and the people here are purely a community. I can't appreciate enough how much I enjoy working out with them and helping wherever I can to pay it forward. This place has amazing coaches for all of the different disciplines and martial arts. The programs they run are critical for the community. In my opinion. This includes self-defense, Brazilian, Jiu-Jitsu, especially the boxing. Thank you to everyone and this is just a small appreciation I can show for what you have done for me..”Read moreShow less

“EDIT: Socrates from management helped with getting the refund. As I said earlier, gym environment was decent and camaraderie among members was motivating. _____________ Gym environment itself was decent, but honestly , stay away from this place. I had a dispute since dec 2023 over a membership i never even signed a contract for... they refused to refund me and i’ve been trying to get it sorted for months. spoke to a rep named ali recently and he said joey would call me back on my number but of course no one called. super unprofessional and they just dodge you when they owe you money. if they dont fix this soon im going to consumer protection ontario. watch your bank statements with these guys because they charge you for things you didnt sign for. 0/10 dont recommend.”Read moreShow less

“I started training with the goal of just being more active and losing weight but this gym has helped me gain a new passion for martial arts and fitness . The instructors are incredibly patient and technical, they genuinely want you to get better.
