“This was my first time at the salon, and I can definitely say I left so incredibly happy! I was helped by Madisyn and she amazed me at the service she gave for my hair. You can tell she takes care and pride in her work and listens to what you want. I have always been so scared getting my hair done, and leaving the salon with my blonde hair completely fried. “My haircut felt super rushed (was in and out in 20 mins). It’s about 2 inches shorter than I wanted and super uneven, now that the curls she put in are gone :( I haven’t cut my hair in 4 years and was super hesitant to do so but now I’ll have to go get it evened out, cut even shorter, and likely even extensions, somewhere else. I told her collar bone length and it’s barely at my shoulders :( super sad and disappointed.. no hard feelings to the stylist I just feel like she didn’t follow the picture I showed her or the length I said.. :( Super tough writing this because the staff are so friendly :(”Read moreShow less

“RIP OFF Stay away. $$$$$$$$$$. Although its been almost 3 years since I was here. This business popped up in my review choices so I responded and am now editing my review due to the owners response. I first came here for a cut and colour and was charged around $140. A few months later I came for the EXACT same cut and colour and was charged $280. I was in such shock when I paid and there were several people around the cash register so I chose not to make a scene. I called the next day and was told a manager would call me back. I never received a call. I called again a couple of weeks later and they said maybe another procedure was done. It was not. The stylist DID leave the bleach on too long and I saw another stylist run to tell her because she forgot about me, and she came literally running from the back and tried to put some kind of conditioner to save the ends. Perhaps that is the "extra procedure". My ends broke off the next day which I mentioned on my second call. I was again told a manager would call and again I never got any response. “Tough rating this one, staff very friendly price normal but very poorly cleaned and if the non existent lighting had not helped hide it, well, then more low ratings would appear. I'm glad I chose a stand-up bed, just sayin”
