“I visited for an employment-related vision test and had a great experience. Dr. Hoda Hamed explained everything clearly and was very transparent about the results and what to expect next. What stood out most was her dedication, when one question on the test was unclear, she took the time to reach out to my employer and follow up to ensure it was properly clarified. “Kodak was incredible. From from the phone call with Tate, who was very accommodating and helpful when it came to navigating an appointment using ODSP insurance. Tate went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable being it was my first eye exam since I was 10. Then the appointment came and the staff were great, they acknowledged my student status as well and the optometrist was so happy and helpful. “KODAK are always prifessional, proficient, caring, and compassionate. Their pricing is exceptional - I compared them to half a dozen competitors aho were up to 4 times their price. In the rare exception that something goes wrong, they do not hesitate to make you whole. Oin one instance, the fault was mine. Another, my friend was af fault. They too, magd him whole. This is important for seniors who can all too often make mistakes. A chartered accountant by training, it is extremely rewarding to find that old fashioned ethics is still alive and well. “I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience here. All of the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Dr Hoda Hamed is brilliant and so kind. The eye exam was so comprehensive and she took her time explaining each step. Not only did I feel super confident about my eye health, I learned some new things!
