“Doctor Christine does it again!!! What a miracle worker. I came in yesterday with severe lower back pain discomfort and today I’m good as new!! She takes the time to understand areas needing attention and she comes up with solutions that work! Combination of laser treatment acupuncture and cuping and the pain today is gone! “This is one of the most amazing clinics that I’ve ever been to. The staff is absolutely incredible as well as Front desk reception. I just saw review and couldn’t believe what the person was writing. They wrote about the cancellation policy. There’s a cancellation policy in place for people that cancel last minute. Every office has this! My dentist, optometrist, everyone. I was a hairstylist for years and what people don’t recognize is that, when they would cancel last minute they they’re affecting someone’s income regardless of why they’re canceling. Yes, emergencies come up and that’s why a warning is given first time around. You’re lucky that the receptionist told you !! This is why policies are in effect. “I have been a client for years now and I am very disappointed at how they managed my cancellation. I'm definitely aware that cancellation within 24 hours of my appointment is subject to a cancellation fee and I fully respect that. However, I had to cancel last minute due to the fact that my toddler has GI symptoms. It's already a difficult and stressful situation, I would have appreciated if the receptionist simply canceled my appointment without telling me that next time I might be charged. “I had a really positive experience with Shaili Desai yesterday. I have been in pain for over two weeks after hurting my tailbone sledding with my son and I have had so much relief in 24 hours after her osteopathic services. She was thorough, inquisitive, continued to check in with me during the session to ensure I was ok. She gave me some next steps as well which, I will be following up on. I had an amazing practitioner in Vancouver and have been reluctant to try someone new since moving to Brooklin - I'm so please to have given Knots and Joints a shot! “I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain. After a lot of research I decided to try acupuncture. The convenient hours and location made my initial choice easy but I am enjoying my treatment here. My practitioner is on time to start and incredibly respectful. He is knowledgeable and happy to answer my endless questions. “My entire family all visit Knots n Joints for our massage therapy, chiropractic care, and physiotherapy needs.
