“Rylie has been so professional, clean, and she listens for when to back off or add more pressure. She also does Manual Oseopathy that I have found can help with my shoulder and hips. It's like gentle stretching that she helps with to help change alignment/help muscles. You definitely need to try and add it to your self-care regime!
