“Following a radical prostatectomy my surgeon suggested I begin pelvic floor physiotherapy. I found Knew Life Pelvic Healing. Christina was professional, knowledgeable, and motivating. I appreciated that it was clear from the beginning that it was six sessions. I also appreciated that this program was created specifically for men. I went from using the bathroom five or six times a night to an average of two during the program. I was most worried that I would become incontinent but that is no longer a worry as I continue to improve day by day. Pelvic floor physiotherapy has greatly improved my quality of life and my confidence. My advice to someone in a similar situation is, do not hesitate to begin this program.”

Starting well before my surgery (which was critical to my success), Christina and her team put together a comprehensive & customized program that helped me through the entire process.
