“The cleanliness and hygiene of this clinic need serious attention. Overflowing trash bins in a clinical setting is beyond unacceptable. At the very least, bins should be emptied regularly and have proper lids. The curtains also appeared worn and poorly maintained. In addition, the clinic felt overcrowded, and staff members were speaking loudly to one another about non-clinical matters. It was difficult to clearly hear the practitioner during my appointment because of the noisy environment. The place is just too packed! You don’t need to arrange rooms like this for the sake of handling more patients simultaneously. In addition, The provider arrived exactly 10 minutes late.
